AUTHORS GUIDELINES

All papers must be in English and in PDF format. To ensure proper formatting, please refer to the template, available in Microsoft Word format at the following link: PAPER TEMPLATE

The paper will have a minimum length of 6 pages and a maximum length of 12 pages, maximum 5000 words.

The page count includes the title page, which comprises the title, abstract, and keywords, as well as the main text, references, figures, and tables. By submitting a paper, authors confirm that at least one of them commits to register.

For submitting the paper, authors will need to upload a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) including author(s) information and an anonymous Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf) to the platform. Additionally, all images included in the paper should be uploaded in either .jpg or .png format with a minimum quality of 300 dpi.

All authors included in an approved paper must complete the «copyright ownership statement and assignment of rights for conference proceedings» and upload it together with the paper. The document must be signed by all authors and is available in Microsoft Word format at the following link: COPYRIGHT STATEMENT

The Scientific Committee of the Congress will proceed with the anonymous review of the papers, and the reports and final acceptance will be communicated to the authors.

Publications

All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings with a DOI and ISBN number. They will be published in open access by UPV Press and submitted for indexing in major international bibliographic databases.
